Pricing and Compensation Analyst for Talent Acquisition Processes
Job Description: The Pricing and Compensation Analyst for Talent Acquisition Processes will be responsible for analyzing and developing pricing strategies based on geographic location and compensation plans specifically for talent acquisition processes. This role involves conducting market studies, analyzing data, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures, as well as profitability for new positions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market studies to analyze competitive compensation trends for talent acquisition.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions for new hires.
Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in talent acquisition.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and update compensation structures and policies for new hires.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on pricing and compensation analysis for senior management.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and compensation programs for talent acquisition, making recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and pricing in talent acquisition.
Skills and Qualifications - Hard and Soft Skills:
Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience developing compensation strategies, pricing analysis, compensation analysis, or a similar role, preferably in talent acquisition.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strategic thinking.
Leadership skills.
Intermediate level of English (writing and reading). If not proficient, willingness to continue learning.
Preferred Requirements:
Masters degree in a related field.
Professional certification in compensation (e.g., HAY, CCP, GRP).
Experience in BPO, staffing, or HR.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
Availability: Monday to Friday, Colombia time, 100% on-site. Flexible hours as long as the required hours are met. During the first two months, 100% on-site presence is required, followed by a hybrid mode based on performance. Training is 100% on-site and paid.
