Follow up to confirm meetings and ensure smooth transitions to account managers.
Keep accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system consistently.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Foster strong client relationships by offering responsive, tailored support throughout the engagement process.
