If you have leadership experience in BPO, are fluent in English, and are ready to grow with a global organization, this is your moment.
What Were Looking For:
Graduate in any discipline with a solid academic profile.
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, or Team Leader/Senior TL with at least 1 year of experience ready to take the next step.
Fluent English (C1) verbal and written.
Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure all service levels and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and support Team Leaders and agents to perform at their best.
Staff Management: Manage staffing levels, absenteeism, hiring, appraisals, and retention strategies.
Quality & Escalations: Oversee productivity and quality metrics, resolve escalated issues, and ensure your team stays aligned with process updates.
Client Communication: Be the liaison with client coordinators, ensuring smooth interactions and timely updates.
Engagement & Motivation: Lead regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and team-building initiatives to keep morale high and performance strong.
