- Base Salary: $1400 USD/month + Wellness Bonus: $100 USD/month Total Compensation: $1500 USD/monthly
- Consistency Bonus: 50 USD We value long-term commitment. Team members who successfully complete their first 3 months will receive a bonus.

Valent Legal Solutions partners with growing Personal Injury law firms across the United States by providing highly trained bilingual legal professionals. We are looking for an experienced Case Manager / Legal Assistant who is passionate about client service and enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment.
If you have experience managing Personal Injury cases and are confident communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers in English, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys.
- Coordinate clients' medical treatment and follow up on appointments and records.
- Request, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare settlement demand packages and assist with negotiations.
- Draft legal correspondence, including Letters of Representation, settlement demands, and other case-related documents.
- Maintain accurate case notes and update the firm's case management system.
- Prioritize multiple cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Legal Assistant.
- Previous experience working for a U.S. Personal Injury law firm is required.
- Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Colombia law degree is a plus.
- Experience using Filevine, CASEpeer, MyCase, or similar case management software.
