Requirements:
1+ years of experience in legal settings or as a case manager in law firms (experience in California workers compensation is a plus).
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
Remote position requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
Availability to work California hours and holidays (U.S. holidays are observed as paid time off, but Colombian holidays will be working days).
Job Duties:
The main responsibility of this position is client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients on your team always have open lines of communication through emails, messages, or calls.
Oversee ACM tasks to ensure all necessary information is gathered for each case.
Assist with scheduling and ensure that lawyers agendas are accurate for depositions or court appearances.
Manage different cases and close those that are completed.
Schedule calls between clients and the lawyer.
This is a fast-paced role where Case Managers will spend a significant portion of their day communicating via phone and email with the clients and the Lawyer. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the needs of the firm.m
