Job Title: Community Manager
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Cities: Medellín, Barranquilla,Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali
Modality: Remote

Overview:
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and engage with our clients online communities across various social media platforms. The role involves responding to messages, comments, and tagged posts on behalf of our clients, as well as managing influencer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages, comments, and tagged posts on behalf of clients.
- Engage with the community in a customer service-oriented manner.
- Manage influencer relationships, including coordination with clients for partnerships and collaborations.
- Understand and adapt to the unique voice and tone of each clients brand.
- De-escalate situations and direct inquiries appropriately.

Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Proficiency in social media communication styles and best practices.
- Ability to understand and maintain different brand voices and tones.
- Experience in social media management or community management is a must.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
