What will you do? Provide support and assistance to clients via chat. Quickly and effectively resolve inquiries about flights and travel. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements: B2+ English proficiency Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service via chat Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing skills Empathy and strong communication skills
Available schedules for students You must attend 4 weeks of training with 100% attendance. Available time slots based on availability: 10am - 7pm | 11am - 8pm | 12pm - 9pm 1pm - 10pm | 2pm - 11pm
