Even if you have limited experience in tech support (6 months), we welcome candidates who possess strong English-speaking skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.

Location: Medellín, Colombia (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST)

Responsibilities:

Timely and Professional Assistance: Respond to a large volume of support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Retention: Maintain a high rate of isolved client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Query Resolution: Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
Appropriate Escalation: Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
Customer Service Training: Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, enabling you to deliver exceptional support.
