Workforce Management Real Time Analyst JUNIOR

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
 6 months of experience working in a Contact Center or BPO (It can be in any position: CSR, sales, logistics, etc)
 Experience using Power BI, or Excel, Outlook, and OneNote

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday 8am-6pm EST and Thursday to Friday 2pm to 12m EST - Two days off (ruta a la salida)
On site MEDELLÍN
Responsabilities:
1. Make alerts regarding the active HC vs. required vs. logged on a daily basis to notify coverage issues.
2. Deliver reports by hourly/daily intervals according to the account model where the main KPIs are evidenced.
3. Manage reports/alerts in real time to help optimize the coverage of the account in terms of Staffing.
4. Notify Permission/License requirements that can be authorized in case of being Overstaff.
5. Notify Overtime requirement as required to ensure compliance.
6. Perform delivery of hourly/daily interval reports as per account template where key KPIs are evidenced.
