We?re Hiring: Account Manager (Insurance Industry)

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused professional with a knack for maintaining strong client relationships? We?re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Location: Medellín, Colombia
Type: Full-time
Work Mode: In-person

Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing insurance clients

- Handle back-office operations, ensuring smooth processes and client satisfaction

- Work with various CRMs to update and manage client information efficiently

- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and requests

- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication with clients

Qualifications:
- Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role (preferably in insurance or a related field)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work with multiple CRMs and stay detail-oriented

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
