Executive Assistant Remote

A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled Bilingual Executive Assistant to join their team!
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an administrative setting or as an assistant for executives and CEOs.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work on an Eastern Time schedule.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Remote position requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
Hubspot experience is a plus.

Calendar Management
Communication Handling.
Office and Project Coordination.
Document and File Management.
Ad Hoc Support.
This is a fast-paced role where Bilingual Executive Assistants will spend a significant portion of their day coordinating with executives, and handling outreach communications. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the needs.
