Responsibilities:

Data management: Data entry, database maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy.
Exit management: Handling resignations, layoffs, retirements, and updating records.
Contact center support: Resolving queries, assisting in problem-solving, and guiding employees.
Operational reporting: Collecting and analyzing data, generating performance reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
Requirements:

6+ months of proven working experience in related roles.
Psychology, HR administration or related studies.
Hybrid in Medellín.
English level: A2/B1
Intermediate Excel knowledge
