About the Role
Kruger Inc. is looking for an IT Analyst ? Supply Chain Planning with strong expertise in SAP IBP to support and evolve its Supply Chain Planning ecosystem.
This role acts as the bridge between Supply Chain Planning and IT, ensuring planning systems effectively support forecasting, inventory optimization, deployment, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and modernization initiatives. You'll play a key role in implementing technical solutions, improving business processes, and driving the company's digital transformation.
What You'll Do
Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP IBP modules including DP, SP, SOP, and IO.
Support CIDS and RTI integrations to ensure seamless system connectivity.
Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Finance, and Business Warehouse teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues while maintaining data integrity and platform performance.
Improve analytics and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, patches, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
Deliver training and ongoing support to planners across the organization.
Integrate SAP IBP with enterprise systems and contribute to long-term modernization initiatives.
Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and migration of new Supply Chain Planning solutions.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
5?10 years of experience supporting Supply Chain Planning environments.
3?5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
Proven experience configuring and supporting IBP DP, SP, SOP, and/or IO modules.
Strong knowledge of CIDS and RTI integration tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize work and thrive in a dynamic environment.
