IT Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented IT Technical Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance team efficiency and ensure continuous delivery of value to the client.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment at all project stages.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, applying effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Manage project scope, resources, and costs to ensure profitability and efficient resource utilization.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, facilitating the implementation of best practices and adoption of new technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Preferably, certification in project management such as PMP or equivalent.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards project objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Solid technical knowledge in software development and IT systems.
- Practical knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
