Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join our dynamic operations team. This crucial role supports Operations leadership by conducting in-depth root cause analysis, formulating actionable plans, and designing effective glide paths to boost overall operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and training, ideally as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM) and possess a keen analytical mindset.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Collaborate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders to identify performance issues and inefficiencies and conduct thorough root cause analysis to diagnose underlying problems.
· Use data-driven insights to pinpoint systemic issues and develop detailed action plans based on root cause analysis findings
· Work with OM and TLs to establish clear, achievable goals and timelines, and monitor the implementation of action plans, providing guidance to ensure successful execution.
· Design, maintain, and adjust glide paths to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational targets.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to gauge the effectiveness of action plans and glide paths and produce regular performance reports and communicating findings to OM and TLs.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive continuous improvement.
· Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of RCA findings, action plans, and progress reports for internal and external audits.
Required Knowledge and Skills
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, with a proven track record as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager. Can effectively communicate and engage with varied audiences.
· Ability to dissect complex problems and identify actionable solutions.
· Capable of influencing and guiding OM and TLs across all geographies towards achieving performance goals.
· Proficiency in performance management tools and software.
· Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and operational needs.
· Demonstrated experience in process improvement and performance optimization.
