Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekends OFF)
Salary: $4,000,000 COP

Job Description: The Junior Paid Media Specialist will report to the Senior Paid Media Manager and will be responsible for supporting campaigns across various ad platforms for multiple marketing segments. This role requires a strong ability to utilize data and metrics to optimize campaigns and understand digital behaviors. We are seeking an analytical, organized, and results-driven individual.
Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns to meet overall marketing goals on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Display.
Monitor and report on daily ad spend to ensure alignment with monthly pacing goals.
Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop and implement Account Based Marketing strategies for all marketing segments.
Report on various paid social media campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns efficiently.
Develop an understanding of fundamental digital marketing metrics and their impact on overall performance.
Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement paid social marketing initiatives.
Execute and optimize paid social campaigns using A/B testing.
Assist in managing and tracking various target audience segments.
