Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
2. Collaborating with the team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and email campaigns.
3. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Assisting with the organization and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows and conferences.
5. Managing and updating the companys website and social media platforms.
6. Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance and providing reports to the team.
7. Assisting with the creation and distribution of press releases and other media communications.
8. Providing administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
9. Assisting with the coordination of marketing collateral inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
11. Video Editor Abilities
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
5. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
10. Knowledge of mortgage industry or real estate market is a plus.

Schedule: Mon-Fry 8AM to 5PM (Maybe some Sat) Hybrid according performance

Compensations: Salary ranges from 3 mil to 4.5 mil depending on experience and skills
