Talento is looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to support logistics operations and assist in managing freight transportation. The Operations Specialist will work under direct supervision, focusing on fundamental logistics tasks, shipment coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsabilities
- Manage FTL & LTL shipments to ensure efficient transportation.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and clients.
- Actively track shipments and provide status updates.
- Update TMS systems with accurate shipment information.
- Establish and maintain direct phone contact with existing drivers and owner-operators.
- Engage with carriers from our database to ensure clear communication and seamless operations.
- Track and trace loads in real-time using state-of-the-art transportation software.
- Manage complex customer situations promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and service quality.
- Stay updated on transportation procedures, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 0?2 years in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Education: Technical diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree (in progress or recently graduated).
- Performs basic tasks under direct supervision.
- Focuses on learning and developing fundamental skills.
- Strong organizational skills to support logistics operations.
