This is a high-impact, client-facing position responsible for the final step before a case closes and funds are distributed. Success in this position ensures accuracy, transparency, and client satisfaction at a critical stage of the process. Key Responsibilities
Medical Lien Negotiation: Negotiate lien reductions directly with providers.
Agreement Management: Secure signed agreements and confirm payments to medical facilities.
Client Updates: Provide clear and timely communication on case status.
Case Closure: Manage the final step of cases before closure and fund distribution, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
High-Volume Management: Handle a large number of liens with organization and efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in medical lien negotiation, subrogation, or medical billing (PI firm experience a plus).
Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable agreements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple liens simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills via phone and written correspondence with clients.
