Service Agent Supervision:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of service and quoting agents, ensuring that tasks such as client communication, commission reconciliation, advisor onboarding and quoting are performed. Agent Supervision:

Recruitment and Talent Development:
- Identify and recruit staff with diverse operational experience and ability to learn quickly, prioritizing skills over insurance specialization.
- Foster a continuous learning environment, training employees in various areas of the insurance business.
Adaptability and Task Management:
- Develop and maintain a flexible approach to handling diverse operational tasks, adapting to changing business needs.
- Train other team members in multiple functions to ensure continuity of service.
Service Level Improvement:
- Evaluate and propose improvements to service levels offered, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction are met.
- Implement training approaches that strengthen team skills and improve operational efficiency.
Understanding of the Insurance Business:
- Keep updated on the different aspects of the insurance business, ensuring that the team has a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to improve collaboration and information flow.
Employee Retention:
- Develop strategies to retain skilled employees, including implementation of recognition and professional development programs.
- Evaluate and propose competitive compensation to attract and retain talent in the industry.
