Paralegal Bilingue (BB)

We are seeking a proactive and professional paralegal to join our team. The primary responsibilities include communicating with insurance adjusters, initiating claims, and sending letters of representation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in drafting letters and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions within our systems.

Additionally, the paralegal will be responsible for ordering medical bills and records through our specialized portal, ARC Treval. Familiarity with this system is preferred, although training will be provided. Proficiency in preparing pleading documents is a plus, but not mandatory. The ability to customize form documents based on case specifics is essential.

While the role primarily involves backend support, occasional communication with Spanish-speaking clients may be required. Therefore, fluency in Spanish is advantageous. The candidate should exhibit positive energy, care about their work, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
