Part Time Bilingual Tour Guide Laureles, Medellín

- JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic bilingual guide to lead chocolate workshops for national and international tourists. The experience is delivered in a hands-on workshop format (similar to a cooking class), so this role combines tour guiding, customer service, and operational support.

Location: Laureles, Medellín
Work modality: On-site
Contract type: Service agreement (Prestación de servicios)
Schedule: Part-time (Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekday evenings)


- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead cacao experiences in English and/or Spanish
- Explain the history, culture, and process of Colombian cacao
- Guide participants throughout the hands-on workshop
- Support the organization, cleaning, and setup of the space before, during, and after each experience
- Basic use of kitchen tools (no advanced skills required)
- Provide a warm, professional, and engaging experience for visitors

- REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced conversational English (B2?C1)
- Experience in tourism, customer service, or cultural experiences
- Proactive attitude, responsibility, and service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to support operational tasks, including cleaning and organization
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in gastronomy, culture, and experiential tourism
