Recruiter
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
This position reports to the HR Manager and interacts with company leadership on a day to day basis.
Location: Hybrid. 2 days WFH.
Employment Type: Full-Time with benefits from day 1
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
-Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
-Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
-Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
-Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
-Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
