At Solvo Global we are looking for an excellent SDR for one of our best clients in US.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Real Estate)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central Time
Work Modality: The first 60 days must be from the office, and then remote work can be negotiated.

Salary: $4,800,000 COP
Commission Structure: Not currently in place, but our client is working to create a bonus-based structure for the future of the new hire.

Overview: Our client, a successful real estate broker, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate and nurture new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cold outreach, knows how to warm up a pipeline, and is passionate about driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and qualify cold leads through phone calls, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Manage and maintain a clean pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing engagement.
Set appointments and generate qualified leads for the brokers real estate services.
Collaborate with the broker to understand client needs and market positioning.
Utilize CRM tools to track activities, organize data, and manage follow-up tasks.
Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Help refine outreach messaging and contribute ideas to improve lead generation strategies.

Ideal Candidate:
Real estate experience is a nice-to-have but NOT mandatory.
1-2 years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience, preferably with cold calling. BDR or customer service experience is a nice-to-have.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Organized and capable of managing a pipeline efficiently.
Proficient in CRM software and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) is a nice-to-have.
Prior experience working with real estate professionals is a plus but not required.
