Strategic Funnel Development:
- Craft, launch, and meticulously manage high-converting sales funnels in GoHighLevel or similar platform that seamlessly align with our marketing campaigns, product launches, and overarching business objectives.
- In-depth Analysis:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our sales workflows and customer journey to fine-tune funnel mapping and enhance conversion rates.
Design and Testing:
- Innovatively design and rigorously test lead capture forms, sales pages, upsell flows, email sequences, and other funnel components to optimize conversion rates.
- Continuous Optimization:
- Continuously analyze funnel metrics and conduct A/B testing to explore and implement opportunities for improvement.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Implement alterations to funnel configurations and assets based on rigorous testing and data analysis.
- Integration Expertise:
- Seamlessly integrate funnels with our CRM, email service providers, affiliate programs, and other systems to ensure streamlined lead management.
- Proactive Monitoring:
- Vigilantly monitor funnel health metrics and swiftly troubleshoot any issues related to page loading speeds, errors, or downtime.
Visual Representation:
- Create clear visual representations of funnel architectures, lead flows, and metrics to provide stakeholders with insight into performance.
- Effective Communication:
- Clearly articulate your funnel optimization strategy, test results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Stay Informed:
- Remain updated on emerging best practices, trends, and new features within GoHighLevel or similar platforms and conversion optimization.
Fulfillment Support:
- Collaborate with a dedicated team member to manage GHL activities, chat interactions, and monitor all incoming DMs, verifying workflow triggers. Communicate with the Customer Success and IT teams to ensure lead continuity, acknowledging that automations may not always be flawless.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in running and optimizing sales funnels using GoHighLevel or similar platform
- Preference to candidates who have also mastered marketing platforms such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Mail Chimp
- Proven track record and ability to show past performance and skill set
- Conversion Rate Mastery
- Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization principles and techniques.
- Analytics Proficiency
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and others.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- A commitment to a data-driven approach in improving funnel performance and boosting conversion rates.
- Resourceful Self-Starter:
- A resourceful and self-driven professional who can work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
