The Account Manager role begins as soon as a Team Member is officially hired by a partner agency. Recruitment completes the account handoff and shares all key information; from that moment, Account Management owns the post-hire experience. The goal is simple: clients feel supported, Team Members feel guided, and Account Managers have clear direction, structure, accountability, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AM team: guide, support, coach, organize priorities, and help train new Account Managers as the department grows.
- Manage the handoff after a hire: receive all account details from Recruitment and make sure the transition is clear, smooth, and complete.
-Support clients and Team Members: oversee onboarding, follow-ups, relationship management, performance concerns, and issue resolution.
- Focus on retention: identify risks early, create action plans, and protect the relationship with both the agency and the Team Member.
- Improve the department: implement process optimizations, projects, and systems that help the team grow, work better, and improve retention.
-Track KPIs: monitor each Account Manager?s KPIs and make sure they are aligned with GoStaffy?s company goals.
