We are searching for an e-commerce business Sr. Analyst/Planner to maintain our e-commerce presence, processes, and sales. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting project management, forecast, inventory management, and analyzing key metrics about our business and its performance which you will use to generate insights and reports for various teams and leadership.

To ensure success as an e-commerce business Sr. Analyst/Planner you should be adept at process optimization, business intelligence, report writing, and supply chain. A top-notch e-commerce business Sr. Analyst/Planner will be knowledgeable on a broad range of e-commerce activities, such as SEO, CX, sales funneling, conversions, inventory management, forecasting and digital marketing.

E-Commerce Business Sr. Analyst/Planner Responsibilities:

· Monitoring and analyzing the companys e-commerce goals and KPIs based on changes in promotions, placements, etc.

· Monitor Google Analytics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for anomalies & alerts when thresholds are triggered.

· Will monitor ecommerce inventory and identify both overstock and out-of-stock occurrences through reporting

· Monitor inventory: Review current inventory and record it in the organizations database to identify overstock and out of stock items

· Predict future needs: Use sales data and business trends to predict future customer behaviors

· Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.

· Researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.

· Implementing broad e-commerce strategies to assist our business development goals.

· Reporting and acting on changes and market trends.

· Advising various business stakeholders on e-commerce related matters.

E-Commerce Business Sr. Analyst/Planner Requirements:

· A bachelors degree in business management, finance, or supply chain.

· A minimum of 4 years experience in digital economies, supply chain, and e-commerce.

· In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, and ThoughtSpot.

· Knowledge of how supply and demand of a product works (i.e forecasting and inventory levels)

· Knowledge of important e-commerce terminology and measures.

· A team player with great communication skills.

· Ability to be self-motivated and enjoy a fast paced, multifaceted work environment while fostering collaborative relationships with cross functional teams

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Intermediate Excel {vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, charts, and reference formulas}, Word)

· Highly organized, analytical, and technically-minded.

· Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.

· Able to orient data analytics insights with the end-user in mind.

· Professional, punctual, and goal-driven.
