Position Title: Bid Coordinator
Location: Remote (Colombia)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
English Required: 9.0 to 10.0
Education Required: Degree in Business Management or Engineering
Experience Level: 1-3 years
Job Description:
Bid Organization: Organize incoming and outgoing bid requests and project requests for work.
Document Management: Extract and organize bid documents from customer portals.
Bid Preparation: Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.
Timely Submission: Ensure all bids are submitted in compliance with RFP requirements.
Team Coordination: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and team members to gather necessary information.
Compliance: Review all bid submissions for accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Workload Management: Independently manage the workload calendar of your assigned region.
Tracking: Track all customer contacts and bidding projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Business Management or Engineering.
Experience: Construction industry experience is a plus.
Mechanical Drawings: Familiarity with mechanical drawings is a plus.
Multitasking: Proven track record of multitasking and Outlook email organization.
Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Attention to Detail: Highest levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Positive Attitude: Shows a positive attitude towards customers and the team.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Self-Starter: Self-starter who works well in a team environment.
Customer Focus: Exceptional desire to please the customer.
