Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. The agent will provide support for a Spa located in the United States, focusing on appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, and ensuring clients attend their scheduled appointments.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments for spa clients.
Conduct follow-up calls, text messages, and other communications to maximize appointment attendance.
Provide accurate information regarding spa services and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Advanced English level (B2?C1 or higher).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in call centers, customer service, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills and CRM management experience.
