Guide customers through the assistance process and coordinate timely solutions. Follow up on cases to ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the relevant systems. Requirements
B2+ English proficiency (upper-intermediate to advanced). Full-time availability. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
