Training Schedule
Candidates must be available to attend training during the following schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Our paid training program is designed to prepare you for success while helping you continue pursuing your academic goals.
Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through the channels established by the operation.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Maintain high-quality service standards and productivity metrics.
Deliver accurate information and create positive customer experiences.
Follow company and client procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
English proficiency level B2 or higher.
High School Diploma.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
