UnifyCX is looking for extraordinary Customer Advocates to join our motivated team.
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Advocate, you will provide world-class customer service through every interaction offering solutions to any customers issue or concerns in reference to their internet and VoIP services. You will use all resources available to discover root causes and prevent future issues and assist the customers to make payments, changes to their account, upsell, respond to any billing inquiries that may arise, and resolve technical issues from remote troubleshooting to dispatching a technician.

Ideal candidates for this position will be analytical but with an outgoing customer service attitude. We are hiring individuals who are intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.

In this role you will:
· Answer customer interactions (calls/emails) within SLAs and follow up on any further actions needed for resolution or installation (Sales, Billing/Account, and tech Support)
· Use every resource available to resolve the customers issue
· Dispatch appropriately according to the need and SLAs
· Support Field Operations team members with work orders inquiries and communication with the customer
· Complete processes for cancellations and installations, that involve but are not limited to invoicing and provisioning/de-provisioning of services
· Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
· English proficiency written and comprehensive English
· Excellent multi-tasking skills
· 6 months minimum of proven technical support experience preferably in internet services
· Basic understanding of Networking
· Excellent Customer service skills
