We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing staff. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to key customers in the United States.
Location: Baq - Barranquilla.
Job Type: Onsite.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, including greeting them warmly and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers with product selection, placing orders, and answering questions about products, policies, and services.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
-Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
-Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
- Provide feedback on customer service trends and suggest improvements.
- Track customer interactions using the company?s CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services offered by the company.
-Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
-Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
-Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client?s or customer?s questions.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Outgoing personality, ability to build rapport and develop relationships over the phone.
-Ability and drive to meet company goals.
-Strong computer and internet proficiency.
-Experience with handling a high volume of inbound calls.
-More than 6 months of BPO experience is preferable.
-Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
