We are seeking a proactive, creative, and dedicated Bilingual Marketing Communications Specialist to manage and execute key aspects of both internal and external communications. This role is central to supporting corporate communications, client visits, marketing activities, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company?s brand and culture.
As part of this position, you will drive communication strategies that enhance employee well-being, foster engagement, and support recruitment efforts. You will work cross-functionally with various departments, providing communications support to aid in the execution and promotion of their initiatives and strategies and work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to develop, promote, and communicate well-being programs, employee events, and job opportunities. Additionally, you will manage relationships with vendors for branded materials, oversee the company?s social media presence to promote job openings and engagement campaigns, and handle community management by nurturing strong connections with internal teams and external audiences.
CORE FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Communication & Employee Engagement:
Collaborate closely with the HR department to develop, promote, and communicate well-being initiatives, including health programs and employee engagement events.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the execution of strategies aimed at enhancing overall employee well-being and fostering a positive work environment.
Quote with different vendors company brand material.
Work closely with the recruitment team to communicate job openings.
Promote job offers in social media and follow the effectiveness of each digital campaign.
Social Media & Community Analytics:
Community management by building, nurturing, and maintaining a strong relationship between the brand and our audience by answering comments and inquiries across various channels (social media, internal platforms,etc.).
Monitor community interactions to ensure respectful, appropriate behavior.
Gathering insights, feedback, and sentiment from the community.
Tracking engagement, sentiment, and growth of the community.
Communicating community needs, concerns, and trends back to internal teams (e.g. HR, Leadership) to inform strategies and content.
Promoting Initiatives & Events:
Supporting internal or external campaigns, programs, and initiatives by ensuring consistent, engaging communication within the community.
Encouraging participation in events, social media engagements, or well-being programs.
Corporate Communications:
Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistency and alignment with the company?s brand.
Create and distribute company newsletters, announcements, and other internal communications.
Maintain a positive public image by managing communications with media outlets and handling public relations efforts.
Create content for promotional materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to improve engagement and brand visibility.
Manage Brand Ambassador program.
Identifying key advocates or ambassadors within the community.
Relationship Building by fostering long-term relationships to strengthen community trust and collaboration.
Escalating concerns appropriately to prevent potential reputational risks.
Addressing negative feedback or issues quickly and professionally.
Reporting on key KPIs to demonstrate communication strategies and community health effectiveness
Client Visits:
Coordinate client visits, ensuring that logistics, presentations, and marketing material is ready and in place.
Ensure a positive experience for clients and assist in addressing any concerns during their visits.
