Gamer Support Representative

About the Role:
Are you passionate about video games and helping others? Were looking for a Gamer Support Representative to join our team and deliver top-notch support to players around the world. Youll be the voice of the brand, solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring players have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to players via chat, email, and/or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to gameplay, accounts, billing, connectivity, and in-game bugs.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Stay up to date with the game content, updates, patches, and community concerns.
Identify patterns in player feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
Meet KPIs related to quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
A passion for gaming you know how players think, feel, and talk.
Experience in customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Familiarity with gaming platforms (PC, console, or mobile) and online communities (Discord, Steam, etc.).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of popular game titles, genres, or specific platforms.
Previous experience supporting a live-service or multiplayer game.
