Hey Barranquilla, We're looking for a skilled Inbound Sales Representative.

In the sales consultant role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of data sets, target markets, and sales metrics to develop comprehensive sales tools. You are expected to deploy advanced selling principles and provide timely sales advice. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with agreed strategies and practices. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing strategic support and valuable inputs, helping firms generate leads and meet its sales objectives.

Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Actively and regularly participates in team meetings
Identities key areas of improvement in existing sales strategies
Creates sales plans and recommends cost-effective sales practices
Generates useful insight about customer needs
Facilitates interactive discussions and mentors sales team
Serves as primary sales resource and helps address issues
Provides direction for executing policies and strategies
Employs ethical standards
Maintains knowledge of business operations and product offerings.


Sales Consultant Job Requirements:

Excellent B2 English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of sales and account management experience
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of various sales practices (cross-selling, prospecting, direct sales)
Proficient in MS Office.
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
