About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator with a strong understanding of the logistics industry, particularly in the drayage department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transportation of goods through short-haul trucking services.

Responsabilities
Coordinate and manage drayage services, ensuring the smooth transportation of goods through short-haul trucking.
Utilize track and trace systems to monitor and trace orders throughout the supply chain.
Enter and dispatch loads efficiently, maintaining accurate records of transportation activities.
Collaborate with freight dispatchers to represent the company in negotiations and secure optimal loads matching preferred lanes and equipment.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance transparency in logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with carriers, shippers, and brokers to facilitate seamless operations.
Provide regular updates on shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
Optimize transportation routes and schedules to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English at a B2+/C1 level.
In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, specifically in the drayage department.
Experience with track and trace systems for monitoring orders in the supply chain.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of logistics coordination.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in load entry and dispatch.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Proactive problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges effectively.
