Compensation
Base Salary: COP $2,800,000
Transportation Allowance: As established by current Colombian labor regulations.
Schedule
Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Shift Structure
Employees work 2 Saturdays per month.
During weeks when a Saturday is worked:
Sunday is a scheduled day off.
One additional weekday is provided as a day off.
A short shift is scheduled during the week, according to operational needs.
Job Summary
As a Reservation Agent, you are a vital part of our team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our valued customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage reservations for vacation packages, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our company and our resort partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
Conduct inbound and outbound calls with existing customers to assist them in finalizing reservations for vacation packages they have previously purchased.
Utilize a strong combination of sales and customer service skills to manage booking and rebooking requests efficiently and professionally.
Provide outstanding customer support throughout the reservation process.
2. Product Knowledge
Maintain a thorough understanding of vacation packages, resorts, destinations, and company offerings.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and travel options to customers.
3. Reservation Qualification
Verify and qualify customer reservations following established company procedures.
Accurately record and update customer information in the database.
Ensure all reservation details are complete and compliant with company standards.
4. Customer Engagement
Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and appreciation when interacting with customers.
Re-engage customers and generate excitement about their upcoming vacations.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Management teams to provide feedback and improve processes.
5. Upselling Opportunities
Identify opportunities to enhance the customers vacation experience through additional products, services, or upgrades.
Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling techniques.
6. Team Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Assist in resolving issues related to reservations and vacation packages in a timely manner.
7. Professionalism and Relationship Building
Maintain a positive attitude and foster productive working relationships with colleagues, management, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all customer and internal interactions.
8. Special Projects and Additional Duties
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and company success.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of vacation packages, resorts, and travel destinations is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation Package
COP $2,800,000 + Transportation Allowance Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with 2 Saturdays worked per month.
