What we offer:
Salary: $3.300.000 COP
Employment type: Full-time (on-site)
Work schedule: 45 hours per week, fixed shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Start date: April 9
Training period: ~1 month (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

What youll do:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and computer-related issues
Solve complex problems while delivering excellent customer service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions
Work with HTTP, HTTPS, network protocols, and basic programming concepts
What were looking for:
Call center experience with a strong technical background
Solid knowledge in networking, troubleshooting, and computer systems
Problem-solving & collaboration skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with HTTP, HTTPS, protocols, and programming languages (preferred)
CCNA certification and knowledge in programming (preferred)
