Bid Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Bid Analyst to join our Sales team. In this position, you will be the point of contact for the Client Engagement team for any questions about BairesDevs experience and capabilities. You will also document and maintain a repository of the latest information about BairesDev to support the sales process.

What You Will Do:

- Reply to all Client Engagements inquiries about BairesDevs experience and capabilities.
- Develop presentation material to support Client Engagement.
- Assist with presales responses (RFXs, proposals, questionnaires, etc.).
- Manage the client referrals process.
- Maintain an internal Q&A/FAQ library.

Heres what we are looking for:

- Advanced Google Business apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Proven track record in collecting, organizing, and managing large amounts of data
- Advanced English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable:

- Previous B2B experience.
- Previous work experience in a pre-sales, proposal, or bid management role.
- Previous writing/copywriting work experience.
