Position: Case Manager
Shift Schedule: M-F 8AM-6PM CST
Cities: Medellín,Barranquilla,Bogotá,Bucaramanga, Cali
Modality: Presencial

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating medical services for our clients, managing medical records, and navigating insurance claims. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential for this role. Prior experience in the legal industry is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical appointments and ensure clients attend as scheduled.
- Obtain and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate with insurance companies to initiate and manage claims.
- Assist clients with navigating medical provider networks and negotiating bills.
- Utilize case management software to input and maintain accurate records and notes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using various software programs.
- Empathetic demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and client relationship skills.
- Preference for candidates with a background in the legal industry.
- High English fluency with minimal accents is a must.
- Great multi-tasking skills.
