Position: Paralegal
Shift Schedule: M-F 8AM-6PM CST
Cities: Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali
Modality: Presencial

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the legal field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in client relations. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support during litigation proceedings, including answering discovery requests.
- Collaborate with attorneys to gather information and prepare legal documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and discussing legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis as needed to support case strategy.
- Assist in case management tasks, including organizing files and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in the legal field is must, with a focus on plaintiff law firms is preferred.
- Excellent client relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Strong English language proficiency with minimal accent.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Great multi-tasking skills.
