Colegio Nueva Granada is seeking a dedicated Events Coordinator Analyst to oversee the planning and execution of both academic and administrative events, ensuring they align with our educational and community objectives. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a vibrant environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, along with strong written and oral communication skills.
As an Events Coordinator, you will collaborate across departments to tailor event logistics to specific needs, manage our comprehensive events calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure optimal use of our resources and spaces. Your responsibilities will also include supervising event setups and takedowns, adhering to CNG?s high standards for quality and safety. Moreover, you will evaluate event outcomes to recommend enhancements for future events, keeping abreast of the latest trends in event management within the educational sector.
