We are currently seeking a Business Support Advisor (Hybrid) to provide commercial orchestration and enablement services to customers across all regions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering commercial contracts, ensuring timely and quality-driven fulfillment of customer commitments while maintaining company compliance. This includes handling sensitive contracting information, gathering customer requirements, utilizing organizational tools and data, creating contractual paperwork, engaging with internal stakeholders, and facilitating agreement language and approvals.

Responsibilities:

Handle sensitive contracting information with exceptional diligence.
Gather customer requirements and translate them into standard analysis and work plans.
Utilize diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities.
Create contractual paperwork and exhibits, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and service levels.
Engage with internal cross-functional/regional stakeholders for approvals and dependent activities.
Follow up on signatory requirements, ensure timely contract activation, and archive paperwork.
Facilitate non-standard agreement language, redline, and dialogue between EQIX and customers.
Obtain management or exception approvals by providing clear factual background.
Embrace changes due to audits, events, or transformation needs, and support/conduct self-audits.
Assist in solving customer problems and analyze information using standard practices.
Assist in process, systems, data, or reporting analyses initiatives, and raise anomalies or ideas.
Support global programs/projects and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience supporting quote-to-cash processes and/or business operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
Experience working cross-regions and with sales and other cross-functional departments.
Understanding of key business/customer drivers and proficiency with corporate tools (CRM, ERP, BI).
Self-motivated team player able to work independently, set priorities, solve roadblocks, and meet deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused and diligent under pressure.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain impartial, and be customer-obsessed as a trusted partner and advisor.
Proactive, curious, continuously learning, self-reflective, and willing to share knowledge and experience.
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with projects, process optimization, data/metrics, and systems is desirable.
Experience in the High Tech, Data Center, Cloud, or Telecom industry, particularly in Business, Revenue, Sales, Customer Care, Legal, or Finance Operations departments.
Fluency in Spanish with a good command of English.
