Qualifications:
Experience in bpo industry especificly banking
Self-disciplined
Knowledge accounting principles, payroll
Experience with the Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
Time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills C1 English level
Resilient and adaptable to change
Ownership and accountability
Detail oriented

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with insureds to obtain necessary documentation
Reviews and investigates any aspect of a business operation and prepares a detailed report of the audit findings
Submitting audit reports via our platform
Adhering to customer requirements and quality standards
Meeting all performance criterias
Maintaining confidentiality and integrity
