Automotive Service Technician

Youll be the main point of contact for our department and a key player in overseeing our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls for the mechanics department in English.
Scheduling: Schedule and confirm vehicle maintenance and repair appointments.
Parts Logistics: Place and track vehicle parts orders under the direction of the Workshop Operations Manager.
Quality: Make post-repair follow-up calls to measure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Support: Actively assist in searching for inventory at vehicle auctions. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Previous experience in automotive service, dealership operations, or mechanics.
Tools: Previous experience with DMS systems or CRM platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent phone presence, empathy, and fluency in speaking.
Organization: Ability to break down tasks and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
Value Added: Previous experience in a Call Center or BDC (Business Development Center) is a plus.
Essential: 100% bilingual Must-Have Requirement:
Language proficiency: Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish). The position requires direct and constant communication with clients and suppliers in the United States. What Do We Offer?
