The available position is a 100% WORK AT HOME/FULL TIME (47 HOURS) campaign for customer service and multichannel tech support. Training is paid at 75% of your base salary.

Training schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, duration: 2 and a half weeks.

Operations schedule: Availability from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm / Daylight savings time changes the schedule to 7:30 am to 10:30 pm with one day off (Saturday or Sunday), totaling 47 hours per week.

Flexibility for rotating schedules is required.

Base salary 2´268.000 + connectivity bonus + legal benefits + fixed-term contract (converts to permanent after one year) + short-term growth opportunities within the company + career plan + Other company perks.
