Bilingual Community Success Coordinator (Remote | Part-Time)
Location: Remote Schedule: Part-Time - 25 Hours per Week Preferred Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Pacific Time Compensation: $1790.000 Language Requirement: Fluent English and Spanish

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Community Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for community members and clients after their initial engagement with our organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, making meaningful connections, and helping people achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for client follow-up, appointment coordination, CRM management, and ongoing community engagement to ensure every individual receives a supportive, personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Conduct outbound follow-up calls with clients at various stages of their journey.
Maintain consistent communication with active and inactive clients.
Re-engage individuals who require additional support or encouragement.
Follow up after consultations, workshops, community events, and appointments.
Build trust through personalized and proactive outreach.
Answer general questions and connect clients to appropriate resources and services.
Appointment & Program Coordination
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Send appointment reminders through phone, SMS, email, and CRM workflows.
Assist clients with gathering required documentation.
Coordinate follow-up meetings with advisors and program staff.
Monitor client progress and ensure next steps are completed.
Community Engagement
Welcome new community members into the organization.
Follow up with individuals who:
Attend events
Submit inquiry forms
Request information
Join mailing lists
Visit the office
Maintain ongoing communication to encourage participation and successful outcomes.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
Document all communications, appointments, and client interactions.
Keep pipelines updated with current statuses and next actions.
Track overdue follow-ups and inactive records.
Support reporting and data integrity initiatives.
Community & Partner Relations
Follow up with referral partners and community organizations.
Help strengthen partnership relationships.
Coordinate introductions and ongoing communications.
Track referrals and partnership opportunities.
Daily Activities
High-volume outbound follow-up calls
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
SMS, email, and phone communications
CRM updates and record maintenance
Pipeline management and task follow-up
Collaboration with internal teams
Escalation of complex client needs when necessary

In this role, success means: Every client receives timely follow-up. No qualified lead goes unattended. CRM records are maintained accurately. Client engagement and retention continue to grow. Required Qualifications
Required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Customer Service
Client Success
Community Outreach
Relationship Management
Nonprofit Services
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
Experience working with multicultural or underserved communities.
Background in nonprofit, social services, education, housing, healthcare, or financial services.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
Experience using AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
