Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across the United States, sourcing and engaging top talent while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
We also welcome professionals with experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, as these positions often require similar skills in sourcing, relationship building, communication, and goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job intake through offer acceptance.
Source and engage candidates using Hirefinder, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
Post and promote job openings to maximize candidate reach and attraction.
Review resumes, evaluate qualifications, and identify top talent.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and Team Leads.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Keep candidate records accurate and up to date within the ATS and internal platforms.
Track recruiting activities and prepare performance reports.
Meet or exceed monthly candidate submission and hiring goals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, telemarketing, customer success, lead generation, or related fields.
Experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or in roles focused on prospecting and relationship management.
Conversational to advanced English proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience sourcing candidates, prospects, or potential clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and processes simultaneously.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet performance goals and KPIs.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Basic to intermediate proficiency with digital tools and online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for the US market.
Experience using ATS, CRM, or candidate management platforms.
Experience recruiting for high-volume positions.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and job board management.
Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Hirefinder, or similar recruiting platforms.
