As a contract Expert Network Recruiter, you own the sourcing, outreach, screening, and onboarding of domain experts who fuel client research requests. You'll work fast, judge relevance sharply, and build a bench of high-quality experts across the end markets our clients care about most.
This is a remote, independent contractor engagement. We're open to candidates in Latin America, Europe, Africa, or other regions who can reliably overlap US and/or European business hours and have a stable internet and power setup.
What You'll Do
Source and recruit domain experts against live and anticipated client research requests, using LinkedIn, our internal database, and other channels.
Run high-volume, high-quality phone and email outreach and manage candidate pipelines from first contact through screening and onboarding.
Screen experts for relevance, depth, and compliance fit, making fast judgment calls on who advances.
Turn ambiguous client research needs into precise expert profiles and search strategies.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, response rates, and expert coverage across sectors.
Hit responsiveness and turnaround targets on time-sensitive requests where speed is a competitive edge.
Coordinate with client-facing and research teams to close coverage gaps and improve sourcing over time.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of expert network experience ? GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, Third Bridge, Tegus, Atheneum, or a comparable primary-research firm.
A proven track record sourcing and recruiting Senior experts at volume, with strong response, conversion rates and experience with the full expert onboarding lifecycle.
Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
Sharp relevance judgment ? you can read a research brief and know who to go after. Someone who enjoys research and has natural intellectual curiosity will thrive in this role.
Comfort with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and institutional finance clients.
Familiarity with compliance norms in expert sourcing (conflicts, restricted employers, sensitive topics).
A reliable remote setup ? stable internet and backup power ? and the ability to consistently overlap US and/or European business hours.
Nice to Have
Coverage experience in one or more of our core end markets (public markets, PE, IR).
Exposure to AI-assisted sourcing tools or CRM/outreach automation.
Experience training or ramping junior recruiting associates.
Engagement Terms
Independent contractor engagement, paid monthly in USD (or USD-pegged) via Deel, Wise, or Payoneer.
Full-time or part-time hours available; consistent overlap with US and/or European business hours required.
Compensation: $1,000 base depending on experience and hours, plus a performance component tied to sourcing output.
Standard confidentiality and compliance terms; contractor supplies own equipment and workspace.
